Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Days Rehab Hospital

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Job Type: 7wk contract

Shift: Nights 6:30a-7p

Pay Rate: $48.00/hr

As a Registered Nurse, You Will

• Supervise care and treatments to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address concerns to optimize patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
• Provide direct patient care when necessary, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Serve as a resource for staff, guiding them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories, milestones, and achievements with a team that values each step in the recovery process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• 2yrs or more experience Med/Surg or Rehabilitation Hospital setting
• BLS certification - American Heart Association only (ACLS certification preferred).
• Current vaccine records )MMR, Varicella, HepB), Tdap
• TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
