RN Outpatient New

Job Title: RN Outpatient

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104

Contract duration: 13 weeks

Shift:3X12 Hours

Schedule: Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of outpatient recovery patients
• Provide Phase II post-procedure recovery care and discharge preparation
• Monitor and document patient responses to nursing interventions and medical treatments
• Identify and communicate changes in patient condition and physician orders
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments
• Obtain, monitor, and interpret physiological data; intervene as clinically indicated
• Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products as required
• Deliver safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care, medications, and discharge instructions
• Communicate hospital policies, procedures, and follow-up care requirements
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• RN License
• BLS
• 1+ years of experience
